I already have a service agreement with Pixii. Is Operate included?

Pixii Operate is included with silver or gold Pixii service agreements (SLAs). If you already have an SLA, use the form to enable your Operate subscription. Your existing agreement remains unchanged unless otherwise agreed.

Is My Pixii really free?

Yes. My Pixii is free for Pixii system owners and provides an overview of registered systems, site information and availability. Operate is a paid subscription offering more detailed operational insights and asset management tools. Optimize is a planned service.

Do I need new hardware to use Operate?

Operate is designed to work with compatible Pixii systems using their existing connectivity. We'll verify your system's compatibility before activation and let you know if anything additional is required.

What's the difference between My Pixii and Operate?

My Pixii gives you an overview of your systems, including inventory, connectivity and availability. Operate adds deeper insights into system health, energy flow, historical performance, alarms and maintenance, helping you manage your investment more effectively.

How can Operate help reduce my operating costs?

Better system visibility, operating history and remote diagnostics help you make informed decisions, plan maintenance and reduce unnecessary site visits. This can save time, improve operational efficiency and help protect the value of your investment.

What additional services are planned for My Pixii?

Operate will continue to develop with additional capabilities for battery health, proactive maintenance, performance reporting and fleet management. Optimize is planned to introduce advanced energy management, forecasting, energy price optimization, grid services and virtual power plant (VPP) capabilities, helping you reduce energy costs and create new revenue opportunities.

How much does Pixii Operate cost?

Pixii Operate costs €5 per installed kW per year, based on your system's AC power conversion capacity, not battery capacity (kWh) or the number of cabinets.
